From cheerpoints to a post-marathon reception, we have lots planned to make sure all our amazing runners feel supported.
We'll have 5 dedicated Samaritans cheerpoints along the course to make sure you feel supported as you take on the marathon.
Whilst we hope you'll be able to spot us just by the noise and sea of green, we've also shared a route map and exact locations below.

No matter what you’re feeling on the big day, Samaritans has made sure that we’re available all day to provide spectators with emotional support along the marathon route. We will also be available after the race to support runners if they would like to stop by for a chat.
Our volunteers will be located at emotional support hubs to provide you with a non-judgemental, face-to-face listening service throughout the TCS London Marathon.
Find out more about our emotional support hubs
In addition to emotional support hubs, we will also have Samaritans tail walkers at the back of the pack to help set the pace and make sure that Samaritans are with runners every step of the way.
