Do good and feel good this World Mental Health Day

  • 10 October 2024
  • Anywhere

Every year on 10th October organisations and communities around the world come together to raise awareness of mental health issues. This year the theme is 'it’s time to prioritise mental health in the workplace'.

Checking in and talking about how we're feeling, especially at work, can be tricky. We all know it’s important but we don't always know how and in our busy lives we often forget to do it.

This World Mental Health Day, we've put together a toolkit to provide you with tips on taking care of your own mental health and wellbeing, as well as suggested content to help you support the day and raise awareness on social media.
