Arrange a Walk and Talk
Getting outside and moving works wonders for our mental wellbeing and physical health
Gather a group of friends and colleagues and plan your route. You can walk anywhere you like and any time of day. How about starting at a much loved scenic spot? You could watch the sunrise or make an evening walk a lovely way to end your day.
There are lots of apps that can help you plan a route or track your distance should you wish to - Strava, OS Maps, Komoot and Google Maps. You can also roughly work out your steps with a pedometer - 1,320 steps is around 1k so 6,600 steps us around 5k.
