Believe in Tomorrow toolkit

The TCS London Marathon has been described as the most supportive race in the world, and we want to use this feeling to show the positive impact support can have on the lives of others by encouraging everybody to believe in tomorrow.

Whether you’re fundraising for the TCS London Marathon 2024, cheering on a loved one or simply want to help more people talk openly about mental health and suicide, this toolkit helps encourage everybody to believe in tomorrow.

How to support the campaign

We want to encourage people to talk more openly about suicide, to reduce stigma and break down the barriers that can prevent us from getting the support we need.

Inspire conversations and share messages of hope by downloading and sharing our social media assets and posters with your friends, family, colleagues and local community groups.

Use our social media assets to raise awareness of our Believe in Tomorrow campaign and help us break down stigma and barriers that can prevent us from getting the support we need.
