Right now, someone is reaching out to Samaritans for help, and our dedicated volunteers are there to listen —without judgment or pressure. For those who don’t feel able to have these conversations with friends or family, Samaritans offers a safe space to open up about difficult feelings.

Last Christmas, our volunteers in Ireland & Northern Ireland answered 40,000 calls for help.

By raising awareness this Christmas, you’ll help keep Samaritans listening and offer hope to those who need it most.
