What to expect at the Away Day Games

Teams complete an obstacle course of strength and fitness challenges – fastest team wins! Teams will have allotted time slots.

The course will include

• Balance beams
• Tractor tyre course
• Cargo net
• Inflatable obstacles
• Monkey bars
• 10 foot wall climb
• Hay bale mountain
• Tunnel crawl
• 12 foot ramp
• And some surprises!
  
  The course layout will be revealed on the day of the event.

Games and activities for teams (and their supporters) to put their coordination, general knowledge, and mental agility to the test!

Rally your company spirit! In addition to your teams, colleagues and supporters are welcome to join the fun – cheering on participants and taking on fun Zone B games. Organisations can bring up to 10 supporters/fans.

• Complimentary lunch provided for all team participants.
• Supporters, those in Zone B, and Fans can avail of on-site catering, proudly provided by The Together Academy, a social enterprise from The Down Syndrome Centre. All meal proceeds will support their cause.

Enjoy nonstop vibes with a DJ spinning tunes all day long!

• All participants will receive an Away Day Games participation medal.
• Winning teams in the morning and afternoon groups will be awarded gold, silver and bronze medals.
• The Away Day Games Champions 2025 trophy will be announced the following day. The engraved trophy will be presented to the winning organisation by Samaritans, accompanied by a photo shoot at your workplace (on a date of your choice).

• Limited parking available. We recommend using public transport or car-pooling where possible.
• DART: The nearest DART station is Sandymount (12 minute walk from Wanderers FC venue)
• Dublin Bus: 4, 7, 7A and 27X routes stop at Wanderers FC venue.
