Our Recognising and managing trauma half-day course is aimed at anyone who has experienced trauma, who works in traumatic situations or who has contact with someone who has experienced trauma – professionally or personally. The course will help participants develop their awareness of trauma and explore practical strategies to help themselves and others manage trauma.
