At Samaritans, we know the importance of listening, and we have created different opportunities for people with personal experience of using our services, and of suicide and self-harm, including those bereaved to share their views and experiences with us. We want your experience of working alongside us to be empowering and supportive. However, if you have had a negative experience or do not feel we have met your standards then please do get in touch. The Lived Experience Programme of Work at Samaritans is continuing to develop and we may not always get things right.
We encourage you to provide feedback, whether it be good or bad, so that we can develop and improve our engagement working alongside people with lived experience. Your input, expertise, and voice are really important to the work that we do. We want to ensure this experience is positive and meets your expectations.
To get in touch, please email
