See how far your continued support has helped us get where we are today.
Prior to August 1984, the building we base ourselves from was the "Heart of Oak" pub.
We purchased it from M&B brewers and today, you can still find us providing support from no.54.
The changes to the branch are visible on Clifford street. Not only have we replaced the brick wall with a lovely concrete wall, but we also replaced the wooden gate with a new electronic gate, to keep our volunteers safe and secure when on shift.
We removed the small garden to give us more space out the back.
And at the back of the building, we changed the window to a door and also installed a ramp for accessibility.
This is our Ops room, the place where our volunteers support all those callers who need emotional support.
