We provide a free 24-hour listening service available every single day of the year. You can talk to us anytime you like, in your own way, off the record, about whatever’s getting to you. Every donation we receive helps us to continue being there for all those who get in touch, whether it be by phone, email or text.

  • 65% of people surveyed felt more understood and less anxious after talking to us.
