Getting out and moving works wonders for our mental wellbeing, and Samarathon is the perfect goal. Whatever your age or ability, this is your challenge, to do in your time, at your pace, wherever you live or work.
The coronavirus pandemic has affected all of our lives. Samaritans is a critical service, needed now more than ever. Our volunteers are working hard to minimise disruption to our services and support the people who need us.
What impact does the Samaritans helpline have?
By taking part in Samarathon or supporting others who are, you are helping us to continue our work.
Your Samarathon fundraising will help Samaritans be here for anyone who needs help.
- As little as £5 could fund one call for help.
- Raising £150 could fund 30 calls or train and support three Samaritans volunteers for a year.
