Southend-on-Sea Samaritans have moved to a new centre in Victoria Avenue, officially opened in September by Julie Bentley, Samaritans CEO.

We were delighted that after officially opening the centre, Julie could also present some long service awards to listening volunteers and support staff in recognition of their years of service to Samaritans.
Thanks to our move, we now have increased capacity for more listening volunteers to be available when our callers need us.
