The samaritans are an absolutely incredible charity who are available to anyone for free, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The work they do is so important to so many. Mental health issues effect approximately 1 in 4 people and sometimes the best thing that someone needs is just someone to talk too, and the 20,000 Samaritan volunteers are there for anyone that needs it.
