Announced on Mental Health Awareness Week (10th-16th May), Oxford Samaritans will be running two free short lunchtime courses during Learning At Work Week (17th-23rd May)
As Oxford emerges tentatively from lockdown, meeting friends and colleagues face-to-face again may come with a certain level of apprehension for some. The importance of listening carefully and with intention couldn’t be more important. It is also more important than ever to take time to look after ourselves.
Oxford Samaritans are delighted to offer two short sessions to help people to escape the busy working day, be compassionate to themselves and develop some new skills.
