Could you support the Cycling Samaritan? On April 24th, Steve Johnson of Hastings branch will join Samaritans in Norwich as part of a 1,600 mile cycle ride.
Are you a keen cyclist in Norfolk? Or do you feel like challenging yourself for a good cause?
Then come and join Steve Johnson of Hastings and Rother Samaritans as he cycles 1,600 miles from Hastings to the Shetland Islands to raise awareness and funds for Samaritans - phew!
On top of that mammoth journey, Steve will be visiting as many Samaritans branches as he can along the way - including our branch in Norwich.
On April 23rd, he will reach our centre at 19 St. Stephen's Square to join listening volunteers for a shift - and take a well-earned kip! Volunteers, supporters and friends alike will then join Steve the next morning for a gentle 15-mile leg to Hamptons @ the Barn in Bawdeswell.
If you'd like to join Steve for this coffee-stop leg (or further if you fancy it!), please get in touch with us at [email protected]
All funds raised go directly to Samaritans, and local volunteers and supporters can raise for Norwich branch if they wish.
If you're not able to cycle but would like to support us, please do come along to Hamptons @ the Barn from 11.30am on April 24th to join us for the coffee stop - we'd love to see you!
