Music and talent were very much in evidence at our summer Folk Evening
What a fantastic evening we had on Wednesday, 20th July at the Old Royal George, Morton on Swale. We were joined by a great audience for a folk evening featuring Iain Glover and Joolz Cavell. Iain is affectionately known as 'The Miserable Mandolin Player' and is renowned for his ability to lift almost any song either with his skillful and sensitive mandolin picking, or simply with his incredibly powerful voice. He was joined for our folk evening by the wonderful Joolz Cavell and together they kept us all singing along as they played and sang. A fantastic evening was had by all.
Iain and Joolz very kindly donated their time and talents for the evening and we are hugely grateful. Thank you to them both!
