All the fun of the Fair! Raising funds and promoting our services in the local community.
On the last Bank Holiday in May, our Kingston Samaritan volunteers took part in the Rotary Fair held on Twickenham Green.
The Rotary Fair is dedicated to enabling local charities to raise funds and promote their work in the community whilst making a fun day out for everyone who lives and works in the Twickenham area.
Our volunteers spent the day talking to visitors about our listening services, distributing our "listening tips" leaflets and raising funds for the Kingston branch. We were lucky to have good weather on our side, although the wind did catch us out on a few occasions!
