and the sun kept shining......
Guernsey Samaritans were busy all day at the Bailiwick Big Day out at Government House on Sunday 16th August,raising money and awareness on our bric a brac, cake and toy stall. Our loyal fund raising team, supported by additional volunteer Lauren from BWCI and Ann from Mostly Books (many thanks for their help) enjoyed a day of glorious sunshine, notwithstanding the predicted thunderstorms. The fete was extremely well attended and featured stalls from charities and local businesses, as well as entertainment for children and from musicians, all celebrating the resumption of community activities.
