A sociable morning at Vision Norfolk
On Wednesday 15th February volunteers from Great Yarmouth Samaritans spent a lovely morning at Vision Norfolk giving a talk about what we do and the support we offer.
Vision Norfolk are Norfolk’s charity for people living with sight loss and visual impairment. They provide practical and emotional support at hubs in Norwich, King’s Lynn and Great Yarmouth and in hospitals across Norfolk. Together with social and well-being activities for adults and children, young people and their families, daily living equipment, befriending services and specialist housing, they help those affected by sight loss to live life fully.
They were a very welcoming and friendly group. It was great to connect with another charity that is supporting the community.
