Enormous thanks to the Julia Rausing Trust for a very generous donation to support our winter running costs.
We were delighted to welcome Lavinia Verney, the grants manager for the Trust, to our branch, where we spent some time talking about the particular additional stresses on our callers during Christmas and the winter period. The grant will help us to continue to support our callers through this time of higher demand.
