Samaritans of Farnborough & District are working to make sure people know how to contact our volunteers if they need support.
Volunteers at Farnborough & District Samaritans work tirelessly to support the Samaritans’ mission to offer a safe space to talk, any time day or night, for anyone who is emotionally distressed, those struggling to cope or anyone at risk of suicide.
The Covid-19 pandemic is having a profound social, psychological and economic impact all over the world and it’s normal to be experiencing feelings of anxiety, or struggling with your mental health, when everything feels so uncertain.
Our volunteers are here to listen when people are feeling overwhelmed and struggling with life, no judgement, no pressure. If you are struggling to cope, or are worried about someone else, please get in touch.
