Help us be there for those who need our services by donating through your mobile phone

Text giving to our branch is a straightforward way to support our vital work

How you can donate

All you need to do is send a text message from your mobile phone to a special, five-digital text message number. The donation gets added to your pay monthly bill or taken off your pay as go credit.

You can choose from one of the following options to make a one-off donation:

• Text EDINTHREE to 70085 for a one-off donation of £3
• Text EDINSAMS to 70490 for a one-off donation of £5
• Text EDINTEN to 70490 for a one-off donation of £10

You will be charged your mobile provider’s standard network rate for one text when you text EDINTHREE, EDINSAMS or EDINTEN plus your donation value (£3, £5, £10)

If you’d like to donate but do not with to receive marketing communication, text either EDINTHREENOINFO to 70085, EDINSAMSNOINFO to 70490 or EDINTENNOINFO to 70460.

Make your donations go further with Gift Aid

After your donation, we’ll send you a text asking to complete a gift aid declaration. If you are UK taxpayer, the government will increase your donation by 25%.
