Dublin Samaritans - Celebrating 50 Years

Dublin Samaritans recently held a function in Dublin's City Hall to mark the occasion of their 50th Anniversary. Guests included Dublin's Lord Mayor Tom Brabazon, Chair of Samaritans Jenni McCartney, GAA star Philly McMahon, Author Michael Harding and TV Presenter Mary Kennedy. There were a number of guests from partner groups, former and current volunteers and supporters of Dublin Samaritans. A special presentation was made to the only original volunteer who continues to do duties to this day.
