I'm trading up my usual glass of wine on a May bank holiday this year to walk from London to Brighton (That's 100km for those of you thinking that sounds far).

Everyone struggles at some point in their life and unfortunately sometimes feel they have no-one to turn to. Samaritans are there 365 days a year for anyone & everyone. You never know when someone close to you might need someone to be there.

My mum volunteers with Doncaster Samaritans, a big thank you to her too.
