Jamie Alcock of Coldcroft Shires is planning a fantastic farm-based weekend for his 2024 charity fundraising event.
The 2024 Coldcroft Shires Charity Event will be a weekend farm-based fixture on Saturday and Sunday 18th & 19th May 2024.
The event will be raising money for the Cheltenham and District Samaritans, Gloucester and District Samaritans, RAF Association, Police Care UK and Care of Police Survivors.
Come along and see working large, heavy horses in action. There will be working and ridden displays, and hands-on working experience plus carriage rides for paying public.
Millie, Willam, Morse and Lewis will be seen in harness pulling the farm wagon as four-in-hand for the very first time in public!
There will be food stalls, licensed bar, live acoustic music and much, much more! For full-weekenders breakfast will be available.
The event will provide a safe, fun place for your children to enjoy the beautiful outdoors of rural Gloucestershire and be on a traditional farm full of Gloucestershire breeds. There will be lambs and piglets to enjoy.
Full details will be given in the early New Year but keep the weekend dates free for a festival of Heavy Working Horses and fun, in aid of our frontline people and those who pay the price of their commitment.
