Supporting the campaign to encourage people to support each other
Our volunteers spent a whole day at Chelmsford rail station talking to the travelling public and handing out thousands of Small Talk Saves Lives booklets. The campaign encourages people to engage with anybody who they suspect are struggling emotionally with empathy and kindness using everyday small talk.
Deputy Director Beryl was interviewed by several radio stations. Below is a link to her interview on Chelmsford Community Radio. Beryl’s segment starts after 10 minutes.
