The Civic Centre overlooks the busiest road intersection in Carlisle, where drivers have to stop at a series of traffic lights, giving them plenty of opportunity (while paused) to read the display.
Branch Director Phil's day job is working for the City Council, who happen to own the Civic Centre building, and he cleverly made use of his connections there to secure a week-long advertising board booking throughout May's Mental health Awareness Week (MHAW), that ran from 10-16 May 2021. It is hoped it will be displayed again later on in the year.
