Amidst record-breaking bank holiday Monday temperatures, Bury Samaritans proudly supported the annual Glaston-Bury event on Monday 26th August.
Positioned in The Wylde next to the main Peel stage (with support acts such as 'Her-osmith' and 'Pulp Friction') our stall helped to raise awareness of the free, confidential, emotional support service we offer to the people of Bury and beyond. With over £140,000 raised in donations since the first Glaston-Bury event back in 2009, it was wonderful to be a part of the day and support the brilliant cause for primary beneficiary Bury Hospice and the Lee Rigby Foundation.
