Alcohol Awareness Week 2020 will take place from 16-22 November 2020 on the theme of alcohol and mental health. This week is a great opportunity for us to remind people about local support in Bury.
To help promote alcohol awareness we are working closely with a number of local partners. You can read more and sign up to attend a free online event below:
- Early Break. Early Break are a specialist support service to help young people in the North West affected by drugs and alcohol. They are running a number of free online support sessions with alcohol & substance specialists from the 16-20 Nov. Please register your interest for any/all of the sessions by emailing Jacqui at [email protected] or call 07894 619519 (following registration you will be sent a Zoom link).
- Achieve Recovery Service- Part of Greater Manchester Mental Health Foundation Trust, Achieve Recovery Service provide alcohol and substance support for people in Bury and are hosting free online sessions from 16-20 November. More information is provided in the poster above.
