From April 2018 through to the end of March 2019 Oldrids Downtown have had Samaritans Boston as their charity of the year.
The company, staff and customers have been so generous with their time and donations and we would like to say a really massive thank you for the £675.34 that was raised.
This money will make a huge difference for us in being able to support our callers by enabling us to pay for our phone lines into the New Year.
Samaritans of Boston, Lincolnshire branch has 30 volunteers, we have no paid staff, so all donations go directly to providing the service to those going through a tough time.
What a fantastic amount of money. It really does help us, as a branch, to be there for those in need of emotional support. A big thank you for all you have done.

As a branch to stay open and keep running the volunteers, along with their weekly 4 hour shift, give extra time to help raise £25,000 each year. This is a huge challenge which we struggle to achieve.
