A Past Course Attendee
Two of our branch trainers, Lorraine and Mark, will volunteer their time to share valuable techniques that help improve listening and communication skills. They will share how to minimise stress of emotionally challenging conversations and will leave workshop attendees with a set of skills that can be used in almost any situation.
We are proud to say that there has been a Samaritans branch operating in Boston for over 40 years now. Today, we have around 30 volunteers providing listening services to anyone in emotional need. So you can be sure you will be learning from an organisation with a vast amount of experience in the field.
