Drop in and see us at 13 Argyle Road, Bognor Regis between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on Monday 8 May
We would like to invite you to join us for an "Information Morning" as part of the Big Help Out’ campaign which promotes volunteering as part of the activities taking place over the Bank Holiday weekend to celebrate King Charles’ Coronation.
Our special information morning event will enable us to show you around our offices, tell you more about the work Samaritans does to help support people, and explain how you can get involved. You’ll be able to meet some of our volunteers and find out more about:
- How we support people struggling with their emotional and mental health and those at risk of suicide
- Tips on how to become a better listener
- Our community outreach projects and activities in the town
- How you can get involved to raise awareness and support your local branch
- How to become a Samaritans listener or support volunteer
- Partnership opportunities for schools, community organisations and local businesses
Whether you are interested in becoming a volunteer or just want to find out more about what we do, everyone is welcome. We will be serving our visitors tea, coffee, and biscuits, and we hope to see you there. Why not join us to find out more about what we do and how we do it?
If you need emotional support, please freephone Samaritans on 116 123.
