Gender Pay Gap Reporting

The Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017 introduced a requirement for all employers with 250 or more employees on 5 April (known as the ‘snapshot date’) to publish details of their gender pay and bonus gap every year.

In addition, data must be uploaded to the GOV.UK website no later than 4 April the following year and annually thereafter.
