Course: Debriefing conversations to support your team

Develop your debriefing skills in the workplace

Our latest training offering helps individuals and team leaders understand how debrief conversations can support colleague wellbeing after challenging conversations or events. This course draws on Samaritans' 70 years of experience supporting our listening volunteers to debrief after their shifts.
