Three and Samaritans have once again teamed up with Chelsea FC to encourage football fans to open up about their mental health.
#TalkMoreThanFootball is back with a new video inspired by the impact of a powerful team talk. The film serves as a poignant reminder to reach out, open up, and support those around you who may be struggling to cope.
What's the campaign about?
A staggering 94% of football fans have said they haven’t ever opened up about their mental health to someone they play or watch football with.* We want to tackle the stigma amongst football fans so they can talk about difficult feelings as they would talk about last night’s match.
It might not always be easy to know how to start the conversation, or to know the right thing to say, but you can learn simple skills on how to open up and support those who may be struggling around you by clicking the link below.
